Dave Hillman is an information technologist
specializing in software engineering, artificial
intelligence, Internet/Web, multimedia, and database technologies. I am a
software architect and also adjunct faculty at The Johns Hopkins University.
I am currently researching the application of artificial intelligence
techniques to integrate and analyze disparate data sources within SOA
frameworks.
In the past 30 years, I have worked on web-based information delivery and
support systems, knowledge and multimedia-based systems, and military
weapons and intelligence systems for U.S. Government and Fortune 10
clients.
I have taught graduate and undergraduate courses for The Johns Hopkins
University since 1994 in many areas including information/software
engineering, web technology, and e-commerce.
I have also published a number of journal and magazine articles, web
sites, blogs, and a textbook on multimedia technology.
