Strategies
Most of the pages in this site will have a section that explains
why the page looks or works the way it does.
For example...on this page:

| The site is built with Microsoft FrontPage 2002 using a standard
theme ("Blends"). Shared borders are
applied at the top, left, and bottom. The top and side
shared borders use tables to provide a consistent layout. |

FrontPage Server extensions. |
