As many of the tools used to build the site are Microsoft (i.e.,
FrontPage), the better browser is usually Microsoft lnternet Explorer.
However, Netscape still looks pretty good!
One other consideration...some of the features, specifically audio and
video under the multimedia section, may not operate under Netscape.
While it is possible to develop web pages that operate in both browsers--I
have not done this here.
